The Billing tab on Satoshi Safe serves as the financial command center for plan owners. It offers a clear, organized view of your subscription details, including all the teams you manage, their individual subscription plans, and associated billing information. This centralized hub is instrumental for maintaining transparency and control over your account's financial aspects.

Plan Ownership and Subscription

• Single Plan Owner: The individual who creates the team automatically becomes the owner of the plan.

• Team Subscription: If you're not the team owner but wish to subscribe, you'll need to coordinate with the owner of the team to join the existing plan.

• Free Option: Start with our free plan to explore Satoshi Safe's core features and functionality at no cost. Upgrade anytime to access premium features.

Active Subscriptions and Invoices

• Active Subscriptions: This section displays a list of all the teams under your ownership, each with their respective plan status (Free, Basic, Pro, or Enterprise), the price, and the next billing date for paid plans. It allows you to keep track of your various teams and ensure that each one is active and up-to-date with payments.

• Invoice Tracking: Below the active subscriptions, you'll find a detailed list of all invoices for paid plans. This includes the invoice date, status, and total charged, along with a link to view the invoice details.

Payment Process

• Stripe Integration: Satoshi Safe uses Stripe, a leading payment processor, to handle subscription payments for paid plans. This integration offers you a secure and reliable payment experience.

• Plan Cancellation: If you need to cancel your paid plan, the process is managed through Stripe. This ensures a smooth cancellation process and maintains the security of your financial information.

Subscription Management

• Easy Access: The 'Plans' section is where you manage your subscription tiers, but the 'Billing' tab is where you can see the financials in one place.

• Payment Method Management: Within this tab, you can update payment methods for paid plans, ensuring uninterrupted service and avoiding any issues on the next billing cycle.
